This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Law of Astrology, owned and operated by Yashdeep Vitthalani. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.
Our readings are personalized digital products that are prepared specifically for you and delivered electronically. Owing to the nature of these products, all sales are final. Once a reading has been delivered, the purchase is non-refundable and no refund, credit, or exchange will be issued.
Your reading is delivered to the email address you provide at checkout, ordinarily within a short time of your purchase being completed. If you do not see your reading in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.
We stand behind the delivery of every order. In the event that a technical error or other issue prevents you from receiving a reading you have paid for, please contact us before taking any further action, and we will work to resolve the matter promptly, including re-delivering your reading where appropriate.

We ask that you contact us directly to resolve any concern before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Most issues, such as a delayed or misdirected email, can be resolved quickly and to your satisfaction. Initiating a chargeback in respect of a digital product that has already been delivered may be treated as a breach of these terms.
